About the client

In 1997, a small group of outdoor enthusiasts set up the first shop with equipment that they themselves used in their travels for adventure. Their goal was to bring inspiration and enable others to enjoy the fullest of what they love most — moving in nature, adventure and exploring their own possibilities. This vision is still an integral part of the company, which for 25 years has been connecting its customers with nature and helping them reach the top.

It's a challenge

We started cooperation with Outdoor Concept at a time when the brand was very well established in the segment of tourist equipment on the Czech market. The main ambition of the company was to grow both through expanding the product portfolio, better marketing and foreign expansion.

For Outdoor Concept Group, the largest retailer of outdoor equipment in the Czech Republic, we are a key partner for achieving business goals within (not only) the digital environment. We embarked on a common journey in 2017 and since then we have become a full-fledged external marketing team fully integrated with the group's internal structures.

How we approached it

For Outdoor Concept Group, the largest retailer of outdoor equipment in the Czech Republic, we are key partner to achieve business goals within (not only) the digital environment.

We embarked on a journey together in 2017 and have since become a full-fledged external marketing team fully integrated with the group's internal structures.

Within the framework of cooperation, we manage budgets in the value of tens of millions of crowns and this corresponds to the coordination of a large number of projects within a single dedicated team. E-shop and stores Rock Point and tags like Hannah, Rafiki or Keen require detailed strategic planning, optimization of activities on a daily basis and intensive regular communication. This eventually leads to a constant growing business results individual brands in the digital environment and at the same time Strengthening awareness both about Rock Point itself and individual brands from its portfolio.

Many years of successful cooperation has led us to the stage where we are starting together in the last few months Expansion of Outdoor Concept Group's business activities to the near abroad.
