About the client

Dentamed has been supplying a complete dental range of both foreign and domestic manufacturers since 1990. It ships orders daily for 1200 customers from all over the Czech Republic with an average delivery time of 24 hours. With its services, it fully covers the needs of dentists in the field of consumables, instrumentation or education. In 2023, Dentamed opened a unique Innovation and Training Center in Prague.

It's a challenge

Dentamed as the number one on the Czech market covers almost all the needs of dentists. Whether it is the construction of a new office, the purchase of consumables, education or process automation. This logically entails the need for the existence of many touchpoints — websites, applications, advertising formats, mailings, etc. Wherever the customer is, they must not doubt that they are in the world of Dentamed and must work here the same mechanisms as on the other touchpoints.

The solution

At some point, Dentamed's digital ecosystem became robust enough that it made sense to create a design system. It allows us to rapidly prototype, test and present new features to the client on a daily basis, while maintaining the consistency of the brand's visual communication towards customers.

Brand Dentamedu

We have created a digital identity for the brand, which is characterized by a bright and airy modernity and at the same time A bold statement thanks to the contrasting blue and red color palette. Her commitment to helping dentists be more successful is reflected in every aspect from logo and visual identity to marketing. We care about consistency, clarity and accessibility across all customer touchpoints.

Consistency builds trust, reliability and ensures that customers always know what to expect from Dentamed. Whether it's printed flyers, price lists or websites or apps. A key element of visual identity is the red dot, which easily distinguishes the brand from the competition. We have been building and expanding the brand for more than five years.

The basic building blocks of digital Dentamed are, of course, modern customer portals, which are strictly based on identifying customer needs and placing maximum emphasis on achieving a great customer experience. The following steps were gradually implemented throughout the solution:

Existing websites and applications are continuously developed in terms of content and functionality. So it was important to us maintain the visual and functional consistency of all digital products. That's why we decided to build a design system. It allows us on a daily basis rapid prototyping, testing and presentation of new features to the client. Last but not least, it makes implementation easier for development teams. We can affirm that the design system is essential to strengthen the visual identity of the company and maintain quality, consistent and efficient digital products.
